• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement, technical training, or equivalent roles • Strong understanding of B2B sales and partner/channel ecosystems, preferably within SaaS, software, or technology industries • Proven ability to design, launch, and drive adoption of global enablement programs across distributed, matrixed teams • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills across all organizational levels • Strategic thinker who can manage tactical execution with attention to detail and measurable outcomes • Experience working with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Learn Upon, Seismic, LMS, CRM) • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for driving partner success • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
