📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their identity management requirements and translate them into ForgeRock solutions. • Design, configure, and deploy ForgeRock Identity Stack components including Open IDM, Open AM, and Open DJ. • Implement and customize identity and access management solutions to meet client specifications. • Integrate ForgeRock products with various cloud platforms, ensuring seamless operation and security. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ForgeRock deployments. • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process. • Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices for future reference.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience working with ForgeRock Identity Stack products (Open IDM, Open AM, Open DJ). • Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) concepts and best practices. • Hands-on experience with identity management deployments in cloud environments. • Strong understanding of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Professional) preferred but not required.
