📋 Description

• Understand and continuously analyze our operational processes. • Constantly rethink and iterate on routines and solutions. • Develop internal tools to automate routines and resolve problems. • Create analyses and dashboards using Grafana and Metabase. • Monitor the company’s overall operations.

• A passion for data — not just crunching it, but listening to what it reveals; • Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate insight generation, pattern recognition, and opportunity discovery; • Ability to leverage AI to enhance data understanding, whether by summarizing patterns, automating insight extraction, or simplifying complexity; • No-excuses, no-nonsense mindset; • Agility and proactivity to solve large problems; • Passion for challenges and puzzles; • Ability to understand complex systems through hands-on learning; • Upper-intermediate English (speaking, reading, and listening) to thrive in a global, distributed environment; • Software development skills (desirable); • Experience working with APIs and integrating systems (desirable); • Data analysis skills (desirable); • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, notebooks, or AI-based assistants (desirable).
