📋 Description

• Serve as interim business-side leader for major initiatives or strategic domains with missing, fragmented, or emerging ownership • Create operating structures, decision cadences, working models, and accountability mechanisms • Identify, architect, and deploy AI-powered tools and approaches for healthcare problems • Accelerate execution and develop solutions for care gap closure, operational efficiency, and member outcomes • Own measurable progress and concrete business results • Stabilize, build, or materially reshape underbuilt business areas • Define direction when paths are unclear and consolidate diffuse ownership • Unblock stalled functions or initiatives • Transition work to a durable long-term owner, team, or organizational structure • Build understanding of Clover’s business model, operating context, and leadership dynamics • Clarify scope, decisions, and near-term priorities • Improve decision quality and establish durable ownership models

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, startup leadership, or other highly selective operator tracks • Pattern recognition to diagnose messy business problems quickly • Ability to move from strategy to operating detail without losing altitude • Builder mindset and ability to create structure where none exists • Systems-thinking ability across incentives, decisions, interfaces, and organizational design • Experience taking on ambiguous, high-stakes work with incomplete information and driving it to a real outcome • Credibility with senior executives, including the CEO, Chairman, and OpCo • Ability to work effectively with leaders across the company • Comfort with intense, temporary, highly leveraged roles focused on building, stabilizing, and transitioning • Focus on solving consequential business problems rather than protecting a narrow functional lane
