• Drive system reliability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and ensure seamless platform integration • Recruit, coach, and manage technical staff while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture • Oversee vendor performance and service delivery to ensure alignment with SLAs, business goals, and compliance standards • Champion maturity in change, incident, and problem management to enhance ERP stability and streamline issue resolution • Implement robust monitoring and automation frameworks, lead ERP upgrades, and align technical strategies with evolving business needs
• 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible professional experience of direct JDE experience, preferably in retail or asset intensive industries, including at least two full-cycle implementation experiences • Degree in Business (with preference for Finance, or Accounting) or Computer Science (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered) • Demonstrated understanding of JDE Enterprise One Architecture, including Orchestration and experience in development of JDE functional and technical specs, and an understanding of SDLC, PMBOK, and AGILE methodologies • Demonstrated leadership ability, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and business acumen
