📋 Description
• Provide support and advice to local Co-ops regarding their gas bar/c-store/car wash/propane business operations, marketing, financials, facility design and development, and training. • Help local Co-ops identify areas of opportunity and develop project plans, gather and analyze data, and complete proposals. • Build strong relationships with local Co-op leaders to foster trusting and valuable collaboration between FCL and local Co-ops. • Help guide training and development for local Co-op team leaders and their teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the retail industry • Preference for convenience, food, restaurant background; fuel background would be an asset • Bachelor of Commerce degree (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
