📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends. • Define and uphold quality checkpoints across delivery stages (e.g., readiness criteria, QA sign-off, release protocols). • Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities. • Work closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Partner with UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption. • Define and track key product performance metrics such as customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact. • Write clear user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and lead demos. • Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders—executives, clients, and internal teams. • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy laws.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech environment • Proven track record launching successful digital products or features (e.g., B2B platforms, consumer apps, SaaS) • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) • Strong product mindset: user-centric, data-informed, outcomes-focused • Excellent communication: able to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences • Analytical mindset: experience defining KPIs and leveraging data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL) • Experience with growth strategies, A/B tests, APIs, or cross-functional leadership • Background in UX design or hands-on prototyping (Figma, Sketch) preferred • Experience launching mobile products or integrations • Fluency in one or more non-English languages (Spanish preferred)
