📋 Description

• Inspire and teach coding to children aged 6-14 • Collaborate with students during lessons to encourage creativity • Utilize lesson plans provided by the internal team • Engage with students in an online setting • Assist with the delivery of the STEM.org certified computing curriculum • Ensure lessons are adapting to students' levels of understanding

🎯 Requirements

• Are infectiously enthusiastic , ready to inspire children • Have an interest in technology and coding • Are technologically proficient • Are confident working with children aged 6-14 • Are able to break down complicated subjects into easy to understand concepts • Are adaptable and able to think on your feet • Are available for evening and/or weekend hours • Are available 5-15 hours a week • Currently live in the UK ( Please note we are unable to take any Tier 4 Student Visas at this time due to the contractual nature of the role. ) • Must be at least 18 years old • Coding knowledge or a computer science qualification • Special educational needs and disability experience • Teaching qualification / experience within classroom setting • Knowledge of lesson delivery • Online tutoring / teaching experience • Enhanced DBS checked
