📋 Description
• Assisting and supporting the lead coach to support successful outcomes • Communicate with CFG when required • Supporting candidates in large group sessions, in a virtual environment • Giving supportive and actionable feedback to candidates • Taking accurate attendance and providing appropriate feedback to CFG • Taking initiative when needed and representing the CFG brand with professionalism and integrity • Effective communication with CFG via designated communication channels • Engagement with and completion of all training materials • Adhere to all CFG policies and Code of Conduct
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of coaching and/ or helping people with successful outcomes • Adaptable, creative and insightful • Have a strong passion for tech • A clear interest and understanding of the significance of diversifying the tech industry • Attend, complete and engage in all training sessions agreed • Strong desire to help others is essential
