📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind • Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach • Manage hiring teams end-to-end, providing proactive communication and transparent feedback • Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, and other tools to keep hiring teams aligned • Partner closely with hiring teams and candidates from the first conversation through handoff to the onboarding team • Represent Coder externally and guide all levels of the business in hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM • Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams • Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely • Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines • Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS • Substantial experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open-source teams (bonus) • Prior experience scaling a high-growth company (bonus) • Proactive approach to improving systems and processes for the team (bonus)
