• Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients in Europe - building deep, trusted partnerships with R&D and innovation departments • Understand client goals and translate complex innovation challenges into clear, actionable insights • Analyze client engagement - track usage, health metrics, and trends to identify opportunities and prevent churn • Produce meaningful reports - communicate customer outcomes in clear, concise summaries (20-minute read → 2-sentence clarity) • Collaborate cross-functionally - work with Sales, Product, and Data teams to ensure clients extract maximum value • Provide strategic intelligence - connect industry trends and technology data to clients’ business objectives • Present findings confidently - lead presentations and align solutions around client needs.
• 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting with enterprise clients (preferably SaaS or tech) • Solid understanding of innovation, R&D, or technology-scouting processes in large organisations • Skilled in data interpretation and reporting - able to simplify complex insights into clear narratives • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills • Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented - you bring the answer, not just the issue • Curious about emerging technologies and market trends.
