📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React/Next.js • Develop and customize Payload CMS, including collections, access control, hooks, and custom fields • Architect clean, scalable APIs and ensure smooth integration with internal and third-party services • Optimize application performance across both front-end and back-end surfaces • Implement clean coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD practices • Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to ship high-impact features on time • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver long-term solutions, not just quick fixes • Maintain strong documentation to support future development and scalability
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and React/Next.js • Hands-on experience with Payload CMS — must be able to build, configure, and extend it effectively • Understanding of relational & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) • Knowledge of API design principles (REST / GraphQL) • Familiarity with DevOps workflows, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
