🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects • Formal PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Strong background in Agile delivery • Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream processes • Proven experience managing projects in Azure • Understanding AI/ML workflows, RAG, knowledge graphs, and data engineering concepts • Demonstrated ability to engage executive leadership and technical teams • Strong background in managing budgets, risks, and schedules in highly regulated industries
