• Manage administrative processes, perform data analysis and automate tasks using advanced Excel and task management tools • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities • Maintain clear and objective communication with the team • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse situations • Show initiative and proactivity in problem solving • Collaborate with the team in an organized and cooperative manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields • Knowledge of project-related areas (IT, engineering, etc.) • Experience with advanced Excel and task automation • Skills in managing administrative processes and performing data analysis • Familiarity with task management tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Strong communication, adaptability, initiative, proactivity, teamwork and organizational skills
