📋 Description

• Managing trademark portfolio and supporting clients • Sending introductory emails to potential clients • Responding to potential client inquiries • Tracking potential clients who opted not to file • Creating new client records in the firm portal • Generating trust invoices for trademark application filings • Sending welcome emails to new clients • Populating applicant/owner and mark information • Selecting and drafting goods/services • Uploading specimens and dates of use • Preparing Trademark Maintenance and Renewals • Managing and tracking trademark docket deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal at an Intellectual Property law firm • Strong understanding of trademark prosecution processes and USPTO procedures • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with legal software and docketing systems • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues • A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
