📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution for launching a self-serve version of North for mid-market companies • Shape the strategic vision for enterprise-grade AI in the mid-market segment • Build influence across teams to turn product vision into reality • Develop market rhythm and partner with GTM teams to drive adoption • Establish a new revenue stream alongside Cohere’s existing offering • Influence North’s deployment framework to eliminate infrastructure barriers while ensuring data residency, compliance, and operational confidence • Drive the managed North roadmap and strategy, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform investment • Partner with GTM teams to test assumptions, validate market needs, and iterate from customer feedback • Engage customers and developers to understand integration challenges, validate priorities, and identify unmet needs • Define success metrics for platform health and developer experience, and lead initiatives to improve them • Partner with engineering, research, technical writing, and developer relations to ship and document platform improvements • Partner with engineering leadership and GTM functions to bring the offering from concept to market

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Meaningful experience owning a B2B SaaS product • Track record of treating infrastructure as a product and translating system-level capabilities into differentiated customer-facing features • Entrepreneurial experience taking new products to market • Experience with multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure deployment models • Ability to define success metrics, instrument thoughtfully, and use quantitative and qualitative feedback for decisions • Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams • Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to varied stakeholders • Strong execution orientation and ability to ship and iterate quickly • Ownership across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition and scoping through launch, iteration, deprecation, or migration • Exposure to data residency, sovereignty, or regional compliance requirements for AI or cloud infrastructure products (nice-to-have) • Experience owning a model serving or inference platform (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem and open standards, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, and interoperability standards (nice-to-have)
