📋 Description

• Cohere trains and deploys frontier models for developers and enterprises powering AI experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents. • We obsess over what we build and value hard work and fast iteration to benefit customers. • Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, valuing diverse perspectives as a requirement for building great products. • Join us on our mission and shape the future! • In this role, you will grow Cohere’s business, have autonomy in technical pre-sales and post-sales, and build customer PoCs. • You will understand customer problems, map them to Cohere solutions, and own the technical relationship with stakeholders. • You will build PoCs, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and guide best practices; cultivate technical champions. • A typical day may include leading technical talks, deep dives, designing enterprise NLP solutions, facilitating PoCs, documenting processes to scale, and collaborating with Product/Engineering and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect (or similar) experience. • 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions. • A passion for Generative AI, and an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLM's and AI technologies. • Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks. • Excellent communication skills - you can toggle seamlessly between presenting to CEOs, and getting in the weeds or white boarding with technical audiences. • High tolerance for ambiguity. • You can identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments. • Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters • Preferred: Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management, etc) • Preferred: Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc)
