📋 Description

• Provide frontline operational support across the Coinbase Derivatives Exchange and Deribit • Support electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications in a 24/7 team • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries involving exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology • Support internal and external exchange-operations investigations, including error trade analysis and resolution • Coordinate with product and development teams on product launches and platform updates • Execute deployment testing in pre-production environments • Support client and vendor onboarding and ongoing operational enablement across both exchanges • Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field • 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role • Product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options • Hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution • Ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience delivering multi-channel support via voice, email, and chat • Ability to maintain quality under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions • Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, Salesforce, or JIRA is a plus • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
