📋 Description

• Own a product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution and delivery. • Define and drive the multi-year vision for Coinbase’s onchain product experiences, shaping the narrative from early concepts through final implementation. • Set OKRs across multiple teams and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve them. • Identify, define, and track the right metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing product areas; use insights to inform roadmap and prioritization. • Balance stakeholder objectives and rigorously prioritize to maintain momentum on the highest-impact work. • Orchestrate seamless onchain/offchain transactions, connecting Coinbase’s centralized exchange with onchain protocols to scale current products and unlock new experiences. • Partner closely with engineers and cross-functional teams across Coinbase Retail; you’ll work with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Coinbase’s internal exchange infrastructure to create elegant solutions for complex onchain/offchain interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience. • Comfort with technical systems and strong empathy for developers. • Proven stakeholder and project management skills across multi-disciplinary teams. • Strong consumer product judgment and the ability to translate developer capabilities into high-quality customer experiences. • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase’s mission.
