📋 Description

• Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients’ liquidity needs and matching them to high-touch and low-touch execution services • Provide real-time execution support and market color • Build and maintain counterparty relationships through quality execution, daily market updates, and high-quality service • Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships • Surface business opportunities across Coinbase’s institutional product suite • Provide client and marketplace feedback to Product Managers to guide spot trading and financing product development • Monitor market sentiment, trading activity, and client positioning • Keep internal teams informed to support strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution • Direct experience in daily execution and settlement functions • Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk-managing vanilla and/or exotic structures • Fluency in Greeks, volatility dynamics, and options market microstructure • Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients • Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro, crypto, or digital asset themes • Weekend availability required; Saturday and Sunday are working days • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period
