📋 Description

• Advise on EU financial and fintech regulations, including EMI, CASP/MiCA, SEPA, and crypto frameworks. • Advise and lead on EU regulatory matters: EMI/CASP and MiCA licensing. • Advise on country-level regulatory landscapes, license timelines, and enforcement trends. • Translate complex product structures and regulatory requirements / framework into clear, practical recommendations for business and product teams. • Review commercial contracts and transactional agreements. • Support internal teams in preparing for license applications and regulatory engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of post-qualifying experience as a legal counsel or regulatory lawyer in fintech, payments, or digital assets. Trained at a top-tier law firm. • Deep understanding of EU financial regulations (PSD2, EMD2/3, MiCA). • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to provide accurate and concise product structuring and regulatory related legal advices • Experience working cross-functionally with compliance, product, and strategy teams.
