🎯 Requirements
• Master of Laws or LLM from an accredited law school • Minimum of 10+ years of legal expertise and experience in commercial, corporate, and contracting law • Strong background with international laws, taxation matters, financial transactions and the IT sector • Proven experience drafting and negotiating various types of international agreements • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough legal research • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal work • High level of legal ethics and strong organizational and team management skills • Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus
