📋 Description

• Own the development of the Processing product domain covering how payments are initiated, processed, routed, and completed • Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap with a 12–24 month planning horizon • Translate company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into product priorities • Own payment-related products and capabilities end-to-end • Improve payment conversion, reliability, cost, and scalability • Lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product domains and teams • Identify dependencies, build execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive delivery • Structure ambiguous problems and validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback, and operational insights • Define solutions and business logic with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders • Prioritize the roadmap across customer value, revenue, efficiency, technical investment, compliance, and capacity • Work with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and commercial teams to automate or redesign processes • Define domain-level success metrics and monitor payment performance and product outcomes • Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to Product leadership, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders • Represent the domain in company-level discussions • Improve product practices and mentor Product Managers • Drive teams toward measurable product and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, FinTech, payments or financial infrastructure • Proven experience owning a complex product area or domain • Practical experience with payments and payment flows • Strong understanding of payment methods, payment rails, customer experience, economics, and operations • Strong practical understanding of B2B business operations • Ability to drive complex cross-team or cross-domain initiatives from problem definition through implementation • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, decompose initiatives, and establish priorities • Experience building and managing roadmaps with a 12–24 month planning horizon • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and operational metrics • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical teams and senior stakeholders • Strong ownership mentality and ability to resolve dependencies independently • Experience mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product practices • Strong written and verbal English, B2–C1+ • Strong advantage: knowledge of fiat payment infrastructure, acquiring, card payment flows, PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, payment orchestration, authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody, digital assets, regulated financial environments, payment economics, and operational automation
