📋 Description
• Complete customer and user research • Contribute to and maintain roadmaps • Brainstorm solutions to challenging problems, and discuss proposals and designs for new ideas with cross-functional teams • Write clear and concise product requirements to capture the vision, goals, success criteria, and key elements of new products and features • Use data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, track performance, and iterate on solutions—leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs • Understand and deconstruct technical and engineering specific problems; translate them into easy to use solutions for our customers • Represent business goals and solutions; work cross-functionally to solve challenges in product development and arrive at the optimal outcome for the product and our customers • Collaborate across many teams at CoLab to communicate product requirements and deliver features, striving for the best customer experience, and with willingness to make smart compromises as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software • Experience with user management, permissions, security, or platform infrastructure • Strong communication and executive presence — you can lead conversations with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders alike • Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver results with minimal oversight
