📋 Description
• Develop and communicate the overall creative vision and strategy for projects, campaigns, or the brand. • Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams including designers, creators, copywriters and other creative professionals. • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to integrate creativity with business objectives. • Supervise the entire creative process and ensure a cohesive look, feel, and messaging across all mediums (digital, print, video, etc). • Review, approve, and provide feedback on design, copy, and multimedia deliverables. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to maintain a competitive edge. • Present creative concepts and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior creative role such as Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar position. • Experience building and managing creative teams. • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing. • Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative leadership and a wide range of projects. • Proficiency with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and emerging digital platforms. • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on creative execution abilities.
