🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a startup environment. • Experience managing a team of distributed engineers. • Proven record of building cloud-based SaaS products with hands-on approach. • Strong technical background as a software engineer with experience in React, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
