• Collectly is a tech-enabled patient billing platform that works as an add-on for your EHR/PM. • Collectly accelerates and increases patient cash flow, streamlines post-service billing operations, and provides the best patient experience that works for all demographics. • Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure and software delivery processes. • As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure systems through automation and collaboration. • You'll be a key contributor to our continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in how we develop and deploy software.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related roles. • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible. • Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Solid knowledge of security principles and best practices. • Experience with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Fluency in English. • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). • Experience with infrastructure security tools and practices, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, identity and access management, and secure network architecture. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
