📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of internal GenAI products and experiments from discovery to implementation • Turn business problems into technically feasible GenAI solutions with clear hypotheses and success metrics • Manage end-to-end launches, moving from discovery to prototype to pilot to scale with responsible-by-design practices • Identify risks, remove blockers, coordinate vendors/licenses, and align cross-functional teams to ensure delivery • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation methods for GenAI pilots and instrument experiments • Scan emerging practices and technologies and translate them into pragmatic pilots using qualitative and quantitative data • Participate in technical scoping for enterprise-wide releases and co-own lifecycle of internal GenAI tooling • Align to security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards; document decisions and guardrails • Report progress and impact through metrics, dashboards, and release communications • Design and run experiments (A/B tests and internal pilots) and decide on rollouts, adjustments, or sunsetting • Document repeatable models for division adoption • Stand up agile product teams, run sprints, and embed responsible AI practices into solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading and owning digital product implementations in AI or automation-centered solutions • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, partnering with engineering/ML, design, and research • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management abilities • Hands-on technical fluency with APIs, data workflows, system integrations, prompt design and versioning, retrieval and data prep, function/tool use, monitoring and analytics • Track record of evidence-based experimentation and iteration, including running pilots, A/B tests, and data-driven evaluations • Experience shipping LLM/AI or automation features in production workflows (assistants, retrieval/RAG, agents, summarization or classification tools) • Ability to evaluate emerging GenAI technologies with clear metrics and track quality, safety, latency, and cost • User-centered practices including running interviews and conducting usability tests • Commitment to responsible AI by design including privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies • Operational excellence including establishing team mechanisms and coordinating vendors and tools
