📋 Description
• Own 24x7 incident response and SaaS customer operations • Direct deployment and fleet operations • Build succession and development plans • Advance AI-powered automation • Partner across various organizations
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in engineering • 3+ years in a leadership or management role • Experience managing 24x7 production operations • Operating within a FedRAMP or comparable regulated compliance environment • Experience with cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale • Experience managing distributed infrastructure fleets • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience • Must be a US citizen residing on US soil.
