• Partner with product managers and engineers to design intuitive, clean interfaces for ComboCurve’s Software platform. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that ensure consistency and usability, with a strong problem solving drive. • Participate in user research, design reviews, and feedback sessions to iterate on solutions and elevate the user experience. • Own and maintain the digital design library, Figma components, and shared brand assets. • Contribute to design documentation and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and product design teams. • Create visually engaging materials such as social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentations, and event collateral. • Work with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, storyboards, and creative strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. • Design and update content and visual assets to ensure brand consistency and a smooth, intuitive user journey. • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to launch landing pages, microsites, and campaign integrations. • Support performance and accessibility improvements by applying UX best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in digital design —spanning web, marketing, and/or product environments. • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. • Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and the ability to translate user needs into clean, functional interfaces. • Experience with basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript (understanding front-end behavior and constraints). • Excellent understanding of design principles, from composition and color to motion and usability. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
