• 全程負責並管理所分配訂單的交付流程,確保服務能準時且高品質地完成 • 協調內部團隊與外包第三方資源,以符合客戶需求與交付時程 • 定期與客戶溝通,於整個交付週期內提供清晰一致的進度更新 • 處理相關任務,例如:申請網路專線、管理雲端 VoIP 專案,以及監督號碼攜碼流程 • 清楚記錄相依性與優先順序,以提升專案執行效率 • 運用實務交付經驗,推動專案成功完成 • 展現 SDWAN 部署、VoIP 號碼攜碼,以及電信專線申請 的專業能力
🎯 Requirements
• 5 年以上電信產業經驗 • 5 年以上服務交付與/或專案管理經驗 • 具備 VoIP、SDWAN 部署、及電信專線申請 的實務經驗 • 能夠清楚記錄相依性與優先順序 • 具備有效管理第三方資源的能力
