• 5–8+ years of SaaS or software sales experience, ideally in an overlay, specialist, or co-selling role. • Proven ability to influence complex SaaS deals within enterprise or mid-market accounts. • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer problems to product value and ROI. • Comfortable leading product and solution conversations, and collaborating effectively with sales engineers and technical teams. • Demonstrated ability to create or leverage effective sales collateral and enablement tools. • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging to executives, technical stakeholders, and business users. • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
