📋 Description

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives from intake through launch, ensuring delivery aligns with business and customer outcomes. • Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain delivery artifacts including delivery plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and action registers. • Proactively identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive mitigation strategies to protect delivery commitments. • Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for CAI’s digital toolkit in alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Act as Scrum Product Owner across one or more Agile teams, maintaining delivery momentum and achieving sprint goals. • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across operations, subject matter experts, regulatory advisors, technology partners, customer success, and leadership. • Gather, refine, validate, and manage requirements from internal and external stakeholders. • Lead development and configuration of reusable templates, workflows, and components to accelerate client time-to-value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or software delivery within life sciences or highly regulated environments. • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role. • Experience with digital validation, quality systems, or operational technology platforms (e.g., Kneat Gx, Veeva, TrackWise). • Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity, and CSV principles. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. • Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. • Experience with configurable SaaS platforms, productized services, or reusable digital toolkits. • Familiarity with validation-related business processes including commissioning, qualification, change control, and quality risk management.
