📋 Description
• Responsible for the quality review of all OASIS documents • Review key elements of the Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance • Work closely with the Manager of Quality Improvement and Home Health leadership • Promote regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes and reimbursement • Serve as a role model and OASIS expert to Home Health staff across the region • Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance trends in OASIS accuracy • Educate and provide feedback to clinical staff in regard to OASIS documents completion
🎯 Requirements
• Active California RN license required • 2 years Clinical Experience as a Registered Nurse • 1 year Home Health Clinical Experience as an RN • 1 year demonstrated proficiency in Home Health OASIS Review including all types of OASIS • 1 year Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system • Preferred - OASIS Certification • Preferred – Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
