• Lead, mentor, develop, motivate and inspire a team of Regulatory Compliance Specialists/Analysts • Set performance goals with your team members, conduct quarterly evaluations • Ensure timely management and completion of assigned tasks • Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments across diverse product and safety areas • Review and release content entered by non-self publishing Regulatory Compliance Specialists/Analysts for C2P
• Bachelor's level 8 degree in Law, Business, Informational Science or equivalent • Postgraduate, Masters or other similar professional certification essential • 2-4 years of experience in a senior role within regulatory compliance such as a law firm, in-house or related industry, compliance team in industry • Experience as an existing Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist with Adherent accompanied with strong/exemplary Bamboo performance ratings • Strong leadership and team/project management skills with strong ability to lead, guide and mentor other team members • Experienced researcher with the ability to utilise a wide variety of research databases and online resources • Proactive thought leader and SME for specific topics, sectors and/or regions including experience presenting at webinars, in-person events, external conferences as well as creating content (e.g. whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, posts, LinkedIn articles) • Experience in business development via supporting sales, accounts and Customer Support teams on calls with existing and prospective customers • Experience in working with AI tools for regulatory content generation or validation
