• Manage day-to-day contract operations and assigned personnel. • Supervise technical staff and monitor project performance. • Ensure all contract deliverables, reports, and documentation are submitted accurately and on schedule. • Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables. • Serve as the primary point of contact with the COR. • Communicate project status, risks, schedule changes, security events, and service improvements. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, PWS, and Government policies. • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful contract execution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Team Leadership, or Contract Administration. • Experience managing personnel, deliverables, schedules, and customer communications. • Strong leadership, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+ years of Team Lead or Management experience; OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of Team Lead or Management experience. • Certifications: IAM Level III (DoD 8570/8140 compliant) – Required. • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
