📋 Description
• Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demands • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
🎯 Requirements
• Have a proficient or bilingual level of German, and advanced level of English • Are Customer Driven • Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs • Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills • Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
