📋 Description

• Develop copy for product packaging, Amazon listings, A+ content, brand stories, storefronts, templates, guidelines, social media posts, and other brand materials, • Proofread and edit all texts to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice, • Update existing content as products evolve or during seasonal and promotional campaigns, • Translate the brand strategy into compelling and effective written communication, • Build and maintain a cohesive linguistic system that reflects brand identity • Develop lexical and syntactic guidelines and maintain the brand’s copy style guide, • Conduct A/B tests, PickFu tests, and similar experiments to validate language hypotheses, • Analyze and document test results and provide actionable recommendations, • Maintain updated guidelines, templates, hypothesis libraries, and text components, • Organize and structure the digital text repository (by SKU, date, content type, update status), • Maintain a tracking system for text deployment, revisions, and performance across the product line, • Work closely with the Content Operations Manager on briefs, revisions, and final approvals, • Collaborate with designers to ensure correct and effective integration of text into visual layouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a strong advantage, • Lack of formal education may be compensated by strong practical skills and a proven portfolio, • English C1+ (required), • 3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on commercial content for packaging, e-commerce, and marketplaces, • Proven experience creating and optimizing performance-driven copy (Amazon listings, A/B tests, CTR/CR optimization), • Experience working with U.S. FDA requirements and other regulatory standards, • Experience in high-caliber PR or creative agencies is a plus, • Familiarity or strong interest in the beauty/wellness category and global marketplaces (especially Amazon), • Experience with SEO-optimized copy is an advantage.
