📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment • Listen to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information • Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies • Assist cardholders with transaction and account-status inquiries • Process transactions through web-based applications and handle research requests • Communicate empathetically while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance • Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology • Support team operations during peak times or absences

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma or equivalent • At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience • Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting • Must reside in Puerto Rico • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States • Complete the mandatory 3-week training program • Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher • Complete all required E-Learning training • Secure, reliable high-speed internet with verified speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload • No Wi-Fi; direct wired internet connection required • Dedicated workspace with desk and chair in a quiet, distraction-free environment • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during 24/7 business hours • Consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during the 3-to-6-week paid training period • Preferred: 1+ years of previous call center experience
