📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner through blended call queues • Resolve customer concerns during the first call by asking pertinent questions • Maintain up-to-date support knowledge through offered training • Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on program requirements • Support child support customers across multiple states

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 100% attendance during the first 90 days • 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience • Ability to submit to and pass a background check • Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft 365, AVAYA phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs (preferred)
