📋 Description
• Create professional, modern and responsive layouts, pages, websites and landing pages (preferably using Elementor). • Develop visual identities for campaigns, pages and digital products. • Create banners, visual elements, mockups and graphic materials that elevate the perceived value of the product. • Translate complex concepts into simple, direct visuals with impeccable aesthetics. • Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to turn scripts and copy into engaging visual experiences. • Prototype interfaces in Figma and ensure faithful execution in Elementor. • Ensure visual quality, usability and conversion standards across pages. • Continuously evolve the design of the brands, pages and campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Mid-level (Pleno) or Senior Designer. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a very high level of aesthetics. • Proven experience with WordPress + Elementor. • Proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, visual organization). • Knowledge of digital design, UI, composition, typography and layout. • Experience creating websites and landing pages focused on education, digital products or sales funnels. • Ability to translate strategic guidelines into visual solutions that drive impact and conversion. • Experience in the infoproducts, product launches and online education market (a plus). • Familiarity with UX Writing, navigation flow and psychology applied to design (a plus). • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for fine adjustments (a plus).
