• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings • Draft and argue motions • Take and defend depositions • Provide advice and counsel support to clients • Work in a fully remote or hybrid environment • Handle claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other related matters.
🎯 Requirements
• California-licensed attorney • 5+ years of experience • Significant experience in labor and employment law • Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings • Experience drafting and arguing motions • Experience taking and defending depositions • Excellent academic credentials • Strong writing and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
