📋 Description

• Improve personalized experiences across different products, domain verticals, and platforms. • Improve business KPIs by validating personalization hypotheses. • Research personalization approaches to provide the best business outcomes. • Model user interactions to provide the best experience to shoppers. • Design, deliver, and maintain high-load real-time services. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners to develop and update personalization capabilities. • Collaborate with engineers within the Personalization team and across teams such as Ranking. • Communicate with stakeholders within and outside the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning. • Proficiency with Python, SQL and the big data stack for end-to-end ML product development. • Experience building, shipping, and maintaining personalization, recommender, or ranking systems in production. • Experience with major public cloud platforms is a plus. • Experience with design and analysis of A/B tests. • Skills delivering and communicating business value to stakeholders. • Excellent English communication skills. • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams. • Ability to deep dive into problems and provide actionable outcomes. • Ability to work autonomously and independently. • Proactivity. • Eligibility to work as an independent contractor in the current country of residence.
