🎯 Requirements

• degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field • experience in management consulting • exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety or culture change • ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants • ability to manage complex projects from end to end • experience in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & Beverage • deep understanding of safety or operational excellence
