âą Degree/master's in engineering or business-related field âą Management consulting experience or in an industrial operations environment âą Knowledge of operational excellence, risk, safety, or sustainability âą Proven experience in project teams and leading workstreams âą Adaptability and ability to thrive in diverse, remote teams âą Proficiency in French and English; fluency in a third language desirable âą Exceptional analytical and formalization skills; outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities
