📋 Description

• Translate RFPs and account manager/business development requests into custom audience solutions • Build audiences with AI tools, review queries and counts, and adjust lookback windows, purchase frequency, and category breadth • Maintain the data dictionary and audience taxonomy; recommend segments to add, cut, or redefine • Create client-facing recommendations and participate in client calls, pitches, and RFP responses as the audience expert • Monitor audiences and identify trends indicating new audiences clients may value • Partner with engineering and product teams to improve AI tools and develop an AI agent that builds audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in ad tech, retail media, or data marketplaces, in audience, product, or customer success roles • Experience working with clients in CPG, grocery, convenience-store, snacks, beverages • Hands-on experience building audience segments for activation • LiveRamp usage • Familiarity with DSPs and marketplaces • Hands-on SQL experience, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or similar • Strong understanding of how audiences are defined and sized, and how to trade precision for scale • Ability to review and edit AI-generated queries, sanity-check counts, and fix audience definitions • Strong storytelling and client presentation skills • Comfort using AI tools as an everyday part of work • Ability to work east coast hours
