• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, within the healthcare or pharmacy market. • Experience with specialty pharmacy highly desirable. • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. • Experience with product architecture, cloud-based infrastructure, and modern SaaS product design. • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and challenges. • In-depth knowledge of product architecture and SaaS development best practices. • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
