📋 Description

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of migration processes by reviewing and correcting errors; • Provide support to the assistant team; • Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments; • Ensure customer satisfaction; • Actively participate in collecting and verifying documents from companies migrating from another accountant, via chat and phone calls; • Handle and resolve low-complexity customer inquiries; • Verify information provided by clients; • Communicate with previous accountants to ensure an efficient transition; • Create tickets for other departments; • Complete spreadsheets and forms.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic experience in team training and support; • Customer service experience; • Experience/knowledge in process review; • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Intermediate knowledge of contractual changes and contract terminations; • Intermediate knowledge of tax planning, Payroll/HR and Accounting; • Knowledge of workflows; • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
