📋 Description

• Serve as subject-matter expert for topline data • Manage models and coordinate with RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, and Product stakeholders • Use data models and AI tools to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and quantitative modeling for strategic initiatives • Build, enhance, and maintain topline-planning models for budgeting and forecasting • Own and streamline the management book in Tableau or another tool • Support internal management reviews, board meetings, and Field Finance partners • Consolidate monthly and quarterly actuals against forecasts and highlight trends and variance drivers • Partner with data analysts across teams to ensure company-wide alignment • Identify opportunities to automate manual financial reporting and eliminate bottlenecks • Simplify data structures and workflows across the GTM and Finance technology stack • Define and maintain Contentsquare’s main KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst team, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline • Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, system architecture, and AI-powered functionalities • Experience with Snowflake/DBT frameworks • Understanding of financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable outcomes • High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets • Full proficiency in English • Curious, proactive, and eager to champion new tools • Highly organized, project-driven, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure • Hands-on experience with an EPM tool such as Pigment is a plus
