• Proactively acquire potential customers, primarily by telephone but also in person • Analyze customer needs • Professionally negotiate service and energy supply contracts • Schedule and conduct customer meetings with a strong focus on closing deals • Maintain the existing customer base through active relationship management • Expand the customer base through customer visits and follow-up contracts • Develop customer-focused solutions

• Professional experience in sales • Demonstrable outstanding sales achievements • Experience negotiating at decision-maker level • Excellent verbal communication and flawless written articulation • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Knowledge of CRM systems • Self-confidence, diplomatic skills, and a talent for sales • Confident and professional demeanor
